In a press release today, it was announced that nVidia will be demonstrating a new set of MCPs at CeBIT later on this month. The nForce 500 series will have support for some extremely interesting things like 4-way SLI and up to 4 GPUs on a single PCB, potentially brining the possibility of combining multiple, multi-GPU cards. They will also start offering enhanced RAID-5 support, and support for more than 1 RAID-5 set.

And, they will also be AM2 ready, good to know considering the DDR2 platform is right at our doorstep. No word yet on when boards will begin retailing with the new set of controllers, though likely all the enthusiasts board manufacturers will jump on this soon.
