Acer offers cheap PCs for students

Acer is to offer affordable personal computers to students in several cities. As part of a special sales program being carried out in cooperation with software maker Microsoft, Acer will hope to sell between 1,000 and 1,500 PCs per month in Lampung, Palembang and Pekanbaru. The program was introduced in Yogyakarta, Surabaya and Bandung earlier this month.
