In the Apple Computer versus Apple Corps case, Apple Computer has won a legal victory. The long-running trademark dispute between the two companies, which in its current manifestation centres around Apple Corps not wanting Apple to use the Apple logo for iTunes, has been won by Apple Computer. Justice Edward Mann of London's High Court found in favour of the computing giant.

"I find no breach of the trademark agreement has been demonstrated," he said in the ruling. "The action therefore fails...I think the use of the apple logo is a fair and reasonable use of the mark in connection with the service."
