D-Link introduces wireless print server

As novel gadgets become household goods, we see more and more interesting things that can fit a variety of applications, especially in computers. D-Link has now introduced a competing device to something relatively new to market, a wireless multi-function print server. D-Link's DPR-1260 is a backwards compatible USB 2.0 device, designed to let you slap in just about any USB printer, complete with a wizard, and let you print from a machine using a wireless connection elsewhere. Although at first that seems a bit strange, after examining most home user setups it makes perfect sense, and could probably do good. We may even see this functionality built in to future wireless routers. It isn't completely appliance-priced like some low end wireless devices are, but still won't hurt the pocket, at $119.99.
