Quite a bold move, but an interesting one nevertheless. The article is fairly light on details, probably because very few are currently available. As time goes on, though, it'll be interesting to see what the new company will have up its sleeve. Among the employ will be a former AMD engineer who was responsible for the K6 architecture, which turned AMD from a second-rate company into a serious desktop contender. Can he do it again?
