SCO continues pursuit of IBM

SCO continues to pull dirty tricks, it seems in its increasingly desperate tactics against IBM and other companies in their legal pursuits. After getting turned down in other courts, SCO turned to a different state with different reasons to force an IBM witness into revealing information. Will this SCO nightmare ever end?
