Beta 2 release available, which anyone can download. On top of the enhanced search functions built in and the new anti-phishing tools, Beta 2 has a polished look and like the Opera browser, supports session resuming. download the beta here. While the beta has been working very well for me, keep in mind it is in beta to help developers find and fix bugs, so you may encounter issues and replacing your current browser permanently isn't advised until release.
