The Mozilla team has been hard at work on Firefox 2, and now we can see some more fruits of their labor. Today, Firefox 2 now has a Beta 2 release available, which anyone can download. On top of the enhanced search functions built in and the new anti-phishing tools, Beta 2 has a polished look and like the Opera browser, supports session resuming. There's a full feature list on the Beta 2 page, which includes details on things such as the plugin manager enhancements, live titles, inline spell checking and much more. You can download the beta here. While the beta has been working very well for me, keep in mind it is in beta to help developers find and fix bugs, so you may encounter issues and replacing your current browser permanently isn't advised until release.
