It looks like HP won't be getting away clean with the underhanded techniques they used to spy on their upper management. Now, an attorney working in California is looking to go after both HP and its partners, claiming that things may begin to proceed next week. While it likely will take longer than that, it looks as though HP staff will face charges for their participation in the scandal that resulted in at least one board member stepping down.

This has the early appearance of something that will go down as another tremendous mistake by a large company, one that could reflect very poorly on them in the future. Will this impact HP business?
