Take-two has case dismissal claim rejected

Take-Two won't be getting an easy break in court this time. Today a federal judge announced that the case against Take-Two won't be dismissed regarding the “Hot Coffee” fiasco from last year. The scandal itself resulted in Take-Two pulling the game from shelves and labeling it as an “Adult” title, though that wasn't enough to appease angry consumers who found out about it beforehand. Take-Two had sought to dismiss at least parts of the case, but it is full steam ahead.
