Fujitsu has recently announced their new ST5100 Tablet PC series, which come equipped with a low voltage Intel Core Duo Processor U2500 running at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB DDR2 RAM at 533 MHz, 80GB hard drive, a 6 cell battery which lasts up to 6 hours, wireless LAN, and weight in at approximately 3.5 pounds. Two models will be offered initially, the ST5111 and the ST5112, with the main difference being screen size, the first will come with a 10.4" XGA TFT display, while the latter will pack a larger 12.1" screen.

The standard configurations for these Tablet PCs range from $2,649 to $2,749, plus the price of a docking station if you want DVD/CD-RW capabilities, which will set you back another $449.
