ATI releases 6.12 Catalyst drivers

Radeon users everywhere rejoice, ATI has released an update to the Catalyst driver package. Version 6.12 of the Catalyst suite is now available from ATI/AMD's site. The 6.12 Catalysts provides several bugfixes, including some for Black & White 2 and Neverwinter Nights. Many quirks in the Catalyst Control Center were also addressed, and choppy DVD playback using PowerDVD was fixed.

A number of known issues remain unfixed, such as Battlefield 2 on extremely large displays and display corruption in some apps when using CrossFire.
