The Zune, which has been met with far less than critical success, is saying goodbye to the man who guided its launch. Bryan Lee, who is the Corporate VP Microsoft's "Entertainment and Devices" Division, was heavily involved in both the Zune and the Xbox consoles, and will be leaving MS in the next few weeks. Will his successor change future deployment plans for the Zune? Will they come up with more interesting color schemes than solid brown? We can only hope.

One interesting note is that Lee attempted, at one point or another, to loosen the DRM that Zune has, but met with failure when faced with the music industry.
