Nvidia gets WHQL label for Forceware in Vista

By Justin Mann on February 20, 2007, 4:56 PM
The long-awaited, much-lauded and even controversial driver package for Nvidia cards on Vista is finally here. Or, at least, the WHQL certified Forceware package is. Available for Vista both in 32bit and 64bit versions, the certified drivers lack many features but at the very least give people some reassurance that Nvidia is working on their software. If you recall, there was a lot of blacklash for a lack of quality drivers upon Vista launch, which led some so far as to threaten legal action.
