If you're one that likes to snag betas and other pre-releases, the latest beta for Ubuntu is now available for download. Version 7.04, dubbed “Feisty Fawn” (exactly how do they choose these names, anyway?) can be snagged from their servers and various mirrors. The official release is due out in a few weeks. New in this release is Network Manager, which provides a nice frontend for configured wired and wireless networks, including WPA support for wireless cards. They've also added a number of other things, all of which you can learn about at the Ubuntu wiki.
