Apple says iPhone is right on schedule

The iPhone has been pushing other Apple endeavors aside in the pursuit of perfection. According to Apple, that is. Regardless, they are reporting that development of the phone is on schedule and it's pending release will go off without a hitch. If all goes well for Apple, they'll have it ready in just a few months:

"Our expectations are good. Our testing has been good," said AT&T Chief Operating Officer Randall Stephenson. "The iPhone is on target to launch in June."
Despite the phones high price tag, many have stated they will be willing to buy the phone. If the release of the iPod is any indication of Apples ability to enter a new market, it won't surprise me in the slightest if the iPhone does indeed take off like a rocket.
