Apple's 5th update cycle for 2007 brings 17 fixes

A slew of updates are available for Apple users, with a host of software getting a total of 17 security updates. Aple has patched vulnerabilities in various flavors of Mac OS X and Mac OS Server. Affected software includings Alias Manager, BIND, CoreGraphics, crontabs, Fetchmail and many others. Many of the exploits could lead to denial of service scenarios, and a few are serious enough that they could result in arbitrary code execution and system compromise. Anyone using Mac OS X can already retrieve the updates automatically, or if you wish to download them yourself you can at Apple's site.
