Today, Nvidia has taken the veil off their new nForce 7 series chipsets, introducing what they of course think is the next best thing for performance computing. The nForce 780 SLi MCP brings with it a plethora of new features for the nForce line, such as 3-way SLi, PCI Express 2.0, 1333MHz FSB support and more. It is being released side by side with the nForce 750i SLI, which does not feature 3-way SLi support.

The chipsets right now are aimed only at Intel's newer platform CPUs, and the Phenom variants of them are not yet available. You can read more about the individual chipsets at Nvidia's site.
