Qualcomm still troubled over Broadcom struggle
Qualcomm is off to a rough start as they continue to put out fires started by their fights with Broadcom. They've faced several defeats in court and have had to stop selling some products solely because of the defeats, which is an obvious setback.
It won't be curtains for them, however. They have an ample window in which they can negotiate with Broadcom and other companies. They are still trying to get a stay on the injunctions against them. Ultimately, the company will probably have to do a lot of reform, which could impact their customers and end users down the road who depend upon Qualcomm components, like AT&T.
