Dell set to introduce AMD triple core Phenoms
Amid rumors of Dell dropping AMD processors, TG Daily is reporting that the company is actually set to be one of the first OEM’s to introduce systems based on the upcoming triple core Phenoms as part of their new OptiPlex line of AMD-based machines for businesses.
According to the report, the OptiPlex 740 Enhanced introduces triple-core and quad-core Phenom processors mounted on GeForce 6150LE / nForce 430 motherboards and will be available on February 19.
