Asus Eee PC 4G with XP available in Best Buy starting April
The success and momentum Asus has built behind its ultra-portable, and ultra-economic Eee PC laptop has lead the company to expand the Eee PC line to cater to new markets. Near future plans include a desktop spin off, but the laptop line will most definitely remain as the star. As it's been rumored for a while the newest addition to the family will be the Windows XP version of the 4G notebook which is set to hit Best Buy stores April 9th for a retail price of $399.
This new Asus Eee PC 4G laptop shares the exact same specifications as the previous 4G except for the default Windows XP Home installation that replaces Linux distribution Xandros.
