Government ban against IBM lifted
Earlier this week, we learned of a ban that was issued against IBM that prohibited from awarding new governmental contracts with Big Blue. While details were sketchy at best, the ban has been very short-lived. Today, IBM issued a terse press release stating that the ban has been lifted.
IBM cited “cooperation” with the EPA's investigation, but shed very little light on why the ban was actually put in place.
