Psystar headquarters goes up for sale

What's the story with Psystar? After seemingly doing fairly well by offering clone Mac servers and cheap clone desktops, they inevitably ended up earning Apple's ire. Apple cried for the units to to be recalled and have more recently opted to sue Psystar, seeking to put an end to the renegade and maintain their OS X distribution monopoly.

As if being legally chased down by Apple wasn't enough, it seems that the company itself might have some more problems. The headquarters in which they are located in seems to be up for sale, meaning they could find themselves with nowhere to manufacture clones even if they win against Apple(which seems unlikely). Could they have decided to close up shop, early, though? Do they perhaps see futility in fighting Apple and are getting ready to cut and run? Nobody knows, as Psystar isn't commenting – but I hope to hear more soon.
