Nvidia will be working with Capcom and Grin on the upcoming title Bionic Commando for the inclusion of hardware-accelerated physics, following an announcement made today about their progress. The inclusion of support for Nvidia's PhysX technology (which they largely acquired from Ageia) promises to make the game environment more fluid, with it reacting to the player or other objects more appropriately.

Games with accelerated physics are rare these days, and after Nvidia's acquisition of Ageia little news of that functionality in games has surfaced. Nvidia has been very vocal about making the GPU play a more important role in modern day gaming, though, and this announcement fits right in-line with what they have outlined in recent times.
