Midnight launches for popular products are no surprise, and Fallout 3 is no exception. The long-awaited title, resurrected by Bethesda, will be officially released to the world in only four days. To capitalize on this, Best Buy is planning a midnight launch. They'll be opening a total of 11 stores at midnight on the 28th next week.

The stores selected for an early opening are all over the U.S., with Best Buy claiming that the “official” sales lines will start forming at 3PM. They've provided a list of which stores will be participating in the event. Of course, why would one stand in line for hours on end when you can pre-order it and have it shipped straight to you?
