AMD releases Catalyst 9.4 drivers
AMD has unleashed its latest update to the Catalyst driver pack, version 9.4, which is available in the usual Windows Vista and XP flavors for both 32-bit and 64-bit systems in addition to a Windows 7 beta option. The new release brings a handful of game-related fixes related and resolves a few issues with video playback and HDMI displays.
Perhaps more notable is the inclusion of an updated ATI OverDrive application to “accurately determine the best over-clocked engine and memory values” for supported Radeon cards. You can view a detailed list of resolved bugs and known issues in the release notes here (PDF) or choose the appropriate OS below to get the latest Catalyst driver release.
