Valve's Orange Box on sale for $9.99 this weekend

Valve’s Orange Box was already a great deal in itself but it's even more so this weekend. The bundle, which includes Team Fortress 2, Portal, Half Life 2, Half Life 2: Episode One, Half Life 2: Episode Two and Half Life 2: Lost Coast (a tech demo level), is 66% off its regular price on Steam starting today and until Sunday – that’s $9.99 for the whole pack which includes the actively updated TF2.

There’s really no reason to miss out on the deal, whether it’s the great multiplayer fun of Team Fortress 2 or the engaging story and gameplay in Portal and the Half-Life 2 series. Also, if you already own any of the titles included in the bundle, you can give it to a friend as a gift. More info is available here.

  1. This is a great deal. Steam has the right idea about how to deliver games that people can afford. They aren't perfect but at least they are trying. I would highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried Halflife 2 or Team fortress to get this set while its at this great price.
  2. I was considering purchasing the 'Valve Complete Pack' recently, but I spent most of the money that was going to go towards that on other things. But at this price I don't think I can say no to the 'Orange Box'. Steam here I come!
  3. This is a no brainer, buy it and play some of the best FPS games out there. You can also get burnt to a crisp by my Pyro skills.Come play!
  4. I smacked myself for not getting it when it was on sale for 19.99, I'm not passing up on it this time.
  5. Crap!! I can't believe i missed out on this...I was at Checkout in steam, then the deal ended and its 29.99 again..I was gonna buy 3 (me, friend + another friend).. now im gonna buy none I hope they bring back the deal in the near future, or at least 19.99
