AOL Wins Legal Round Against Spammers

Heheheh! LOL! I was just waiting for something like this to happen. And now that it has, its made me every bit as happy as I thought it would. AOL has a wonderful Xmas present for us all!!! Its taken a spammer scum to court and won!

In what is pretty much a ground-breaking legal event, AOL has won a court battle with CN Productions, who had been transmitting a vast amount of pornographic spam for years and years now.

AOL said that a U.S. District Court in Virginia has awarded it close to $7 Million in damages. This hopefully paves the way for other companies to take spammers to court for damages and sue their asses off! Well done AOL, your guiding light has shown us the way!
