Toshiba has launched its third-generation netbook today, the NB300 and NB305. As one would expect, both are based on Intel's Pine Trail platform, with a 1.66GHz Atom processor, and a 250GB HDD.

BenQ is also shipping a new Pine Trail-based netbook today. The company's JoyBook Lite U103 is less than an inch thick and boasts a dual storage configuration with a 32GB SSD and 500GB HDD. The JoyBook Lite U103 is reportedly on shelves in China, Taiwan and Thailand, but I haven't spotted a price or information on availability in other markets.

  1. Nice price point on the Toshiba models. The JoyBook Lite U103 looks very interesting with the SSD/HD combination as well. Would like to see price info on that one :-)
