AMD releases full version of Catalyst 10.3
Along with support for 3D stereoscopic glasses, Catalyst 10.3 introduces many new ATI Eyefinity capabilities. For instance, you can now control over color, brightness and contrast individually, create more than one Eyefinity group from multiple monitors, a bezel compensation feature adjusts occupied pixels in multi-screen setups, and there's improved display configuration switching.

This release is also the first to bring ongoing support for ATI Mobility Radeon graphics chips -- a major deal, since you won't have to hunt down updated display drivers through a notebook manufacturer or elsewhere. Download your copy of Catalyst 10.3 below:

AMD really seems to be making great strides in the right direction lately with it's hardware, drivers and marketing. I really wish I had the money to jump on the 5870 and eyefinity train! |

It's nice to see that performance gains are still being squeezed out of the older series as well |

With the latest driver releases AMD managed to beat Nvidia in driver quality. Albeit they still have a lot of work to do, they are at least moving in the right direction. |
