New Santa Cruz BETA Driver

Yet again Turtle Beach have posted an updated Beta WDM Driver for the Santa Cruz, Build 4187. Here's what's changed;
Fixed bugcheck that was reported occurring with Morrowind & GTA Vice City.
Now checks portcls.sys version in 98SE to know if ac3 can be supported.
The mixer topology should no longer show 2 wave sliders.
Install removes support files from pending renames if they exist & the Driver is being installed. This corrects a couple of problems that could occur when uninstalling the driver & reinstalling the Driver without restarting the system.
