Athlon 64 & nForce 3 performance outlook

Anandtech has coupled an Opteron processor running at 2GHz on the desktop friendlier nForce 3 chipset (not the Pro variant that is suited for workstations), they compare this setup to the best Pentium 4 CPU’s and current Barton processors to see how AMD's 64-bit capable CPU compares.
