Pros

Great sound.
Compact package.
Good battery life.
Standard Bluetooth works with phones as well as iPod Touch, apart from any device with a headphone jack or audio out.

Cons

Design requires placement on flat surface in use, limiting on-the-go portability.
Expensive, like all Bose devices, but sound's worth it.
USB sticks out, only provides volume control for PC sources.
