Small package that takes good still and excellent video.
Easy to carry and use.
WiFi lets you upload and share on the fly.

Takes crisp 12.8-MP photos.
Very responsive touch screen.

Cons

Non-replaceable battery.
No media card slots.
Streaming only as good as the WiFi connection.
No mic-in port.
Pricey for a pocket camcorder.
Reduced resolution when sharing and streaming.
Auto-focus is slow.
Tripod mount in awkward location.
Doesn't change orientation mid-recording.
