Too expensive.
Less-than-stellar video quality.
Requires an iPhone or iPod Touch to change video settings.
Remote viewfinder isn't very useful.

It has a cool GPS feature, but the Contour+'s $500 price is too high for a helmet camera with only decent video quality. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better model among the sparse selection of these specialized cameras, though....
