Pros:

  • Integrated Zink printer is fast, if not exactly "instant.", Images are also saved as JPEGs which can be downloaded and used later, Handing prints to people shortly after taking a picture is still fun.
  • Easy setup, Print quality suitable for the 3- by 4-inch snapshot size, Digital iteration of the classic Polaroid film camera.

Cons:

  • Although the printed photos are suitable for the intended purpose, they're relatively low quality by today's standards.

The Polaroid Z340 is certainly unique with a retro design and a bulky body it offers one of the only digital cameras with a built in printer that prints 3x4 inch photos. This has a number of downsides, including the bulky nature of the camera, and lack...

After a few disappointing first attempts, Polaroid is back with a much better all-in-one digital camera and photo printer. The Z340 is no five-star show-stopper, but it takes pictures like an entry-level compact and spits them out as reasonable quality...

As with any instant print device, the instant gratification of holding a hard copy in your hands seconds after pressing the shutter release button – and the sheer fun of that being possible – takes preference over pin-sharp photo-realistic...

There's literally nothing else like this on the market at the moment, except for the previous camera, and that was nowhere near as interestingly designed as this new camera. I think with the right audience this camera should do well, and it appears...

Après quelques tentatives décevantes, Polaroid redresse la barre et propose un produit mieux abouti : le Z340 propose la qualité photo d'un compact d'entrée de gamme et des impressions passables....
