Easy install.
Good build quality.
Quiet at low temperatures.
Fine cooling.
Fits all contemporary Intel socket types.

Cons

Loud at high temps.
Doesn’t cool as well as a $30 air cooler.
Cumbersome to install and remove.
Terrible printed directions.
