Cons

Fans slightly hard to mount.
Tall RAM Heatsinks will not clear the first DIMM slot of some motherboards.
Performance wise, it is not a best buy solution.
Installation procedure takes some time.
Expensive.
Possible interference with memory modules.
Fan wiring may be a bit too long.
