Toptier performance.
Similar price/size as CM Hyper 212+.
Good cooling under standard load.
Great price to cooling to size ratio.
Looks good.
Easy to install.
Fits most systems.
Supports a second fan.

Cons

Tetchy pushpin install.
Frustrating fan attachments.
Taking it off of a LGA 775 Socket is a pain.
