Done up in black and clear plastic, the Aspire U has a clean, modern look. The computer looks like an oversize picture frame, supported in the front by a clear plastic panel running its width and in the back by an articulating kickstand. This design lets...

An unusual ‘unistand' cleverly incorporates the power connector, and it folds flat into the back panel if you decide to wall-mount the device. The Aspire's 1080p screen and 10-point multitouch makes it ideal for Windows 8's touch-enabled interface, and...

Acer's attempt to enter the premium all-in-one market doesn't measure up. Performance, display quality, and value all come behind the competition, and these are the traits most important to an all-in-one. Dell's XPS One , for example, starts at $1,599...

The 7600U is good for media, and you can play games on it. If it was a $1,300 system, this would be a far more positive review, but at $1,900 it costs too much for what you get. In terms of mid-high-end AIO design, it seems like Acer is still caught in...

A gorgeous design, ditto 27-inch touch screen, and Blu-ray are highlights of Acer's Aspire 7600U all-in-one. But performance is lackluster considering its $1,899 price....

The Acer Aspire 7600U, unlike Vizio’s recent debacle, is without a doubt stellar. It delivers great performance and a unique design, despite some issues with gesture recognition for Windows 8.

So with the Aspire 7600U, we have a computer that’s shooting for high-end but doesn’t quite make it. The screen is definitely the star of this show at 27-inches with 1080p HD and ten-point multitouch to boot. The whole unit looks great too; no cheap...

Don’t get me wrong, I liked the time I spent with the 7600U. I just think there will be quite a few folks who will pass at the $1899 price point. Acer did a lot of cool things with this computer, but in the end, the Aspire 7600U falls short of greatness almost every time.

The Aspire 7600U is pricey, though, and something like Dell’s XPS One 27 offers better performance and overall value for money.

The Acer Aspire 7600U may not blow away the competition in terms of performance, but it does hold its own. When you also take into account the enticing array of entertainment features, from the Blu-ray drive to HDMI inputs – not to mention a design...

The Acer Aspire 7600U might be the prettiest all-in-one desktop PC we've ever put our hands on, and a bevy of entertainment options will entice plenty of people, despite the steep price.

By PC Advisor on 70

The Acer Aspire 7600U is an impressive-looking all-in-one PC , with a large, 27-inch touchscreen, edge-to-edge glass bezel, and clear glass base. However, it's also got a mobile processor, which means it's less powerful than its...

Acer's Aspire U Series all-in-one PC is designed to run Windows 8 and, as such, features a huge 27in capacitive touchscreen. It's a good looking machine with a strong and easy to adjust stand, and it has a decent array of ports. Performance supplied...
