Plastic portion of the heat sink looks cheap and flimsy, higher power consumption compared to reference card
Clock speeds too conservative, Custom cooler is slightly noisier

This is probably the best part; Galaxy charges more or less the same price for this O.C version of the GTX 470. You should be able to find this for Rs.23000, which I must say isn't a bad price at all given the special features Galaxy has thrown in....
