PowerColor HD6850 1GB GDDR5 is a very nice solution in terms of both price/performance ratio (it's in the top ten) and cooler efficiency. PowerColor PCS+ HD6870 1GB GDDR5 is not as nice but still very decent, and the cooler is quite efficient, too....
