Good allaround sound, sturdy construction, and a comfortable fit.
Flashy looks; surprisingly comfortable; additional cable with inline remote included.

Cons

Surprisingly flabby bass response with some material; impossible to keep the black plastic free from fingerprints.
Bass can be overwhelming; narrow soundstage; expensive.
