Compact size, but still fits an average sized adult hand, On-the-fly DPI adjustment, Uses a tiny "nano" USB receiver, For $15.50 you get a well constructed mouse with some nice features

May be too small for extended use by those with larger hands, Scroll wheel is free spinning - ratcheting would be preferred for more controlled motion
