Cons

Design is not very ergonomic.
A bit pricey.
No back/forward button.
Small size prevents full ergonomic support.
Docks not reusable.
Software must be downloaded.
Hard plastic body.
Hyper-scrolling makes it impossible to use the scroll wheel as a button.
Certain notebook bags will render the docking feature more or less useless.
Bland design.
Mouse doesn't snap onto docking button securely enough.
Adhesive can be used only once.
Laptop doesn’t fit in sleeve with mouse attached.
Exterior scuffs easily.
Not as comfortable or fullfeatured as the VX despite $10 difference.
