Fast refresh rate and little to no tearing during fastpaced action.
Availability.
120hz Gaming.
Smooth Video playback.
Simple No Nonsense Design.
Great 3D effects with Nvidias 3D Vision glasses.
Good color quality.

Cons

No HDMI port and a lower native resolution than other 120Hz monitors.
Little more Expensive.
Structure is a little flimsy.
Single input.
No USB ports.
Wobbly stand.
