Fan-control software excellent for creating a quiet system.
Supports super-fast memory speeds.
Intel Quick Sync Video.

Cons

Relatively expensive.
Lacks support for three-way graphics.
No PCI slots or IEEE 1394a connector for legacy hardware.
Sparse documentation for advanced features.
Single sided DIMM sockets make it too easy to have improperly inserted DIMMs.
