Video recording capabilities.
FM radio with Live Pause and iTunes Tagging.
Bigger screen.
Built-in speaker
Slim design.
Small and portable.
Voice recording.
New finish makes colors look great.
16GB Model is cheaper than last time around.

Cons

Shiny new finish becomes smudged more easily.
No still photo capture with the video camera.
Video lens is awkwardly placed.
Videos are grainy in low light conditions.
FM radio quality isn’t great.
No wireless connectivity.
No 32 GB size.
Pedometer is a bit faulty.
Good unit, but really not that different when compared to last years.
Subpar earphones.
Dependance on iTunes.
