Touch VoiceOver not to be confused with simpler shuffle VoiceOver.
Refinements to this generation not as pronounced as in years past.
Battery life could be better.
Average on-board speaker.
Poor-quality headphones combined with expensive upgrade option.

Paid software updates add to the cost of ownership.
No support for AVRCP for Bluetooth stereo headphones.
