Cons

IPhone screen is better.
Non-expandable / replaceable.
Photo quality doesn't hold up to the iPhone 4's.
There's no GPS.
No option for 3G data service.
The still camera is a terrific addition, but not at only 960by720 quality.
Below-average file support.
Smudgy mirror finish.
No FM radio.
No numerical battery.
Overheating issue.
Premium price.
Slightly expensive.
Easily smudged and scratched
Volume control keys are a pain to use.
No FM radio.
Loudspeaker volume not enough for FaceTime calls.
