Pros

Touchscreen.
Beautiful graphics.
Many third party apps and games available and being developed.
Very small and portable.
Easy to use.
Decent battery life.
Crossplatform "ecosystem" combines 1080p at home and 720ptogo.
Built-in HD Radio/FM tuner.
WiFi, with downloading directly to the device, plus social connectivity.
The Zune HD has a 3 year warranty.
Hardware is small and compact.
Impressive 2D and 3D graphics.
Mostly very polished interface.

Cons

No case or screen protector included.
Included headphones not that good.
Marketplace is bare.
No flash support in browser.
Does not support Windows Media Video Digital Copy.
Zune software could be more intuitive, less sluggish.
There are no custom equalizer options on this flash MP3 player.
Desktop software seems to have a bug that causes the computer screen to flicker.
Many functions in the Zune are very slow.
Can't stop the radio once you start it playing without powering down the unit.
Battery and WiFi status.
Some of the best features cost extra.
